April Numamoto has always enjoyed painting and drawing as a young girl. After the birth of her son in 1989 she took a decorative painting class in the evening and she was hooked. In 1997, April was certified in the One Stroke painting technique. She has since traveled around the country instructing others and providing certifications. April currently offers numerous decorative art classes for all levels of skill in acrylics, oils, etching on glass, silk painting and woodworking. She teaches at conventions and special events across the country and has been published in many books and magazines. April has created many video courses and many great instructional videos which are available on YouTube. She has painted murals for individuals as well as stores and restaurants. You can find her at home working on projects for her weekly classes, making video lessons or out of town teaching classes.
